The Itinerary
Day 1: Dalat to Lak Lake (160 KM)
Our journey begins in the charming city of Dalat, nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Central Highlands. As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our experienced guides who will provide you with all the necessary gear and safety briefings before we set off on our motorbike expedition
During our drive on beautiful mountain roads we stop at a silk factory, a flower farm and coffee plantation, where you can try some special ‘weasel coffee’. We visit the Elephant waterfall and beautiful Linh An Pagoda nearby. Keep driving through beautiful roads with amazing landscapes to the Jun villages around Lak Lake. Here live the M’nong, one of the many mountain tribes of Vietnam, who will teach us how to fish the traditional way. We spend the night at a M’nong family (homestay) or at nearby cottages.
Day 2 : Lak Lake to Dak Mil (150 KM)
We drive around the Lak Lake through rice fields, so we can visit Elephant Village on foot. With the ferry we cross the river and continue our way on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, riding through the rice fields, many different plantations. You will get to learn more about daily activities of local people in the Central Highlands. You also will visit the bricks factory and rice paper making on the way.
One of the highlights of the day, We will spend time for swimming/refreshing at beautiful nature lake on top of the waterfalls on the way.
Stay overnight at cozy homestay in Dak mil.
Day 3: Dakmil to Di Linh (170km)
We drive on the Ho Chi Minh Trail pass the mountain villages and the agricultural life of ethnic minorities. You see how local collect the latex from rubber trees, and drive through lush rice paddies. You will also have chance to see more about cashew nuts and black pepper plants depend on season. After a local lunch we continue our way on the Ho Chi Minh trail. From the mountains we have a beautiful view over Ta Dung National Park with it’s limestone formations – which was called as ‘the Halong Bay of the Central Highlands’. Our destination is Di Linh Town.
Day 4: Di Linh to Muine (140km)
Leaving Di Linh, the Southern tea kingdom, riding through the majestic mountain passes, and view many sand dunes on the way. Learning how locals grow Dragon Fruit, riding through villages and beautiful landscape. Visiting the Red Sand Dunes and Fishing village before heading to Mui Ne. You will have many photo opportunities and stories to share after the trip.
