Cancellation and Refund Policy

All tours listed on our website operate on a pre-booking basis, with a 30% deposit required to secure your reservation and confirm your departure schedule. The remaining 70% of the total cost will be paid in person upon meeting at the departure point.

If your travel plans change or your trip is affected by safety-related circumstances, our refund policy is designed to protect your financial interests as much as possible.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Cancellations Made at Least 72 Hours Before Departure

You will receive a 100% refund (Full Refund) of the deposit or any amount already paid if you notify us of your cancellation at least 72 hours before the tour departure time, in accordance with the official policy stated on our FAQs page.

Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before Departure

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, partial refunds may be considered and applied based on the actual preparation costs incurred and the agreement between both parties.

Tour Cancellations Due to Extreme Weather or Force Majeure

If a trip cannot proceed due to dangerous weather conditions or unforeseen safety-related force majeure events, we offer two flexible options:

• 100% Refund: Guests receive a full refund of all payments made.
• Free Rescheduling: We will help reschedule your departure to a date with more favorable weather conditions without charging any additional fees.

Refund Request Procedure

If you wish to cancel a tour or request a refund, please contact the Rew Rew Adventures support team directly through our official communication channels.

When contacting us, you only need to provide your booking details. Our support team will promptly review your eligibility and guide you through the refund process in accordance with the applicable policy.

Refund Processing Time

The actual time required for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account or card depends on your bank’s processing procedures and policies. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

Policy Amendments and Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time to ensure compliance with current legal regulations, tourism transportation safety standards, and our company’s operational requirements.

All amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policy in effect at the time of their tour booking transaction
