Tour Booking Process Under the Book Now, Pay Later Model

On https://rewrew.vn/, all tour pages feature a BOOK NOW, PAY LATER button:

  • No immediate payment on the website: You only need to select your itinerary, departure date, number of participants, and enter your contact information in the booking form.
  • Direct booking confirmation: After receiving your request, the Rew Rew Adventures team will contact you directly via WhatsApp (+84 387 374 373) or email (booking@rewrew.vn) to confirm the itinerary details and provide instructions for paying the deposit.

Deposit Requirements

  • 30% deposit to secure your booking: We require a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost to secure your reservation and confirm your itinerary.
  • Remaining 70% payment: The outstanding balance will be paid when we meet and begin your trip at your selected departure point.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • PayPal: We accept secure online payments through PayPal accounts.

Currency

  • Tour prices on the website are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT) policy: All tour prices listed on the website exclude Value-Added Tax (VAT). Should a customer or organization require a formal financial invoice (VAT invoice), the applicable VAT will be added in accordance with current tax regulations.

Tour Price Transparency

  • What is included in the tour price: Transportation (motorcycle or car, including all fuel costs), a professional tour guide, a certified helmet, a raincoat and waterproof luggage cover, all entrance tickets specified in the itinerary, and accommodation (for multi-day tours).
