4-Day Saigon to Da Lat Easy Rider Tour via Mui Ne

Day 1 – Saigon to Long Hai

Estimated distance: 120 km | Riding time: 4–5 hours

Leave Ho Chi Minh City and cross the Saigon River before entering quieter countryside roads. The scenery gradually changes from busy urban streets to rubber plantations, farmland, salt fields and small rural communities.

Visit the historic Kim Long Tunnels and stop at Thuong Chieu Monastery when accessible. Continue towards Long Hai, arrive in the afternoon and enjoy time near the beach before checking into your hotel.

Day 2 – Long Hai to Mui Ne

Estimated distance: 200 km | Riding time: 6–7 hours

Follow one of the tour’s longest but most scenic sections along Vietnam’s southern coastline. Ride past beaches, fishing communities, salt fields and wide agricultural landscapes with regular breaks for refreshments and photographs.

Travel through a major dragon-fruit-growing region and learn how the fruit is cultivated. Visit Fairy Stream if access and weather conditions permit, then arrive in Mui Ne for your overnight stay.

Day 3 – Mui Ne to Di Linh

Estimated distance: 150 km | Riding time: 5–6 hours

Begin the morning at Mui Ne Fishing Village before visiting the Red and White Sand Dunes. Optional ATV activities are available at the dunes and are paid directly at the site.

Leave the coast and climb towards the cooler Central Highlands, passing Song Quao Reservoir, mountain scenery and tea plantations. Visit a K’Ho community when accessible before arriving at your accommodation in Di Linh.

Day 4 – Di Linh to Da Lat

Estimated distance: 130 km | Riding time: 4–5 hours

Ride through coffee plantations, rice fields and the green highland countryside on the final journey to Da Lat. Stop at Pongour Waterfall and enjoy regular breaks as the route moves deeper into Lam Dong Province.

Continue to a silk workshop, local rice-wine producer and coffee farm. Visit Linh An Pagoda and see Elephant Waterfall from an accessible viewpoint before arriving at your hotel in central Da Lat at approximately 4:00–5:00 PM.

Easy Rider – Ride Behind a Local Guide

Travel as a passenger behind an experienced local guide. Your guide handles the motorbike, navigation and daily route while you relax, enjoy the changing landscapes and learn about local life.

No motorbike experience is required for this option.

Self-Ride Motorbike Option

Experienced riders may request a self-ride motorbike and follow the Rew Rew guide throughout the journey. Motorbike models, availability and additional charges must be confirmed before booking.

Self-riders must hold a valid motorcycle licence and an International Driving Permit recognised in Vietnam. Rew Rew must check all documents before confirming this option.

Do I need motorbike experience for this tour?

No experience is required for the Easy Rider option. You travel as a passenger while your local guide controls the motorbike.

Yes, experienced riders may request a self-ride option. Rew Rew must check your motorcycle licence, International Driving Permit and riding experience before confirming the booking.

How much riding is involved each day?

Most days include approximately four to seven hours of riding, divided by sightseeing and rest stops. Distances and arrival times may change because of traffic, weather and road conditions.

Where will we stay?

The tour includes overnight stays in Long Hai, Mui Ne and Di Linh. The exact hotels, homestays and room categories will be confirmed before departure.

Are meals included?

Food and drinks are not included unless stated in your final booking confirmation. Your guide can recommend local restaurants and assist with dietary requests when possible.

What happens to my luggage?

Small and medium-sized bags can normally be secured to the motorbike. Large suitcases should be transferred separately or stored in Ho Chi Minh City [Rew Rew to confirm].

Can this Saigon to Da Lat Easy Rider Tour operate in reverse?

A Da Lat to Saigon itinerary via Mui Ne and Long Hai may be available on request. The route, accommodation and price must be confirmed separately.

What happens during bad weather?

The tour can operate in light rain with suitable rain protection. Rew Rew may adjust stops or riding times when weather or road conditions affect safety.
