Hi, I’m Tuan Hiep, CEO and Founder of Rew Rew Adventures.

I have been working in the tourism industry for 18 years, and I am still deeply in love with it and passionate about it. Over nearly two decades, I have worked on every side of the business, from designing itineraries and building relationships with local partners to making sure every detail on the ground runs smoothly. That experience has taught me what separates a good trip from an unforgettable one: genuine local knowledge, careful planning, and people who truly care about the traveler.

In 2012, I gathered a group of like-minded friends, and together we founded Rew Rew Adventures. We were driven by one shared mission: to deliver the best Vietnam experiences to travelers from all over the world. Today, I lead a team that shares my belief that travel should be authentic, never generic. We go beyond the usual tourist routes to connect our guests with the real culture, landscapes, and everyday life of Vietnam, while keeping every journey safe, comfortable, and well-organized.
